For those paying too much attention to my taste in music, this list may disagree with previous yearly top 10s I've posted for various reasons.  I think these 10 stand the test of time pretty well.  I was going to play fair and only list one album for each band, but Built to Spill are godly and I pretty much thought PFNO was the best thing ever made until I heard TNWWL.
